I have a hard time committing to larger scale

and then with the veins in the marble showing through the pale green elsewhere giving the appearance of bruising

Evocative Old Wooden Hat Form with Tape Helmet physiology most likelyThis just struck me as quite a beautiful thing, with the old tape giving her a helmet of sorts, or really perhaps more like a sort of bathing cap, and so, to my eye, making her feel quite animate. (And also like a woman who has worn many hats!) I believe the wooden form dates to the early 20th century, and I think has quite a lovely shape to it. Head sized: approx 10" t x 6 3 4" w x 7 1 2".
