All sections are straight. The tips are slightly longer than the butt section (by 0. 3"). The ferrule fit is perfect. The PHY Rod Co. was using resorcinol glue during this time period. The script on the rod was inked by Jack Young. The rod weighs 3. 9 oz. Original tube but the bag could be a replacement.
