with everything well secured

with the wire stitching on the backside of the brush creating a gorgeous line drawing that animates the already beautiful surface of what I believe is burl wood

I like both sides on this one, but especially the loose confidence and great cheerfulness of this urn of flowers, which shows bleed through from a painted star on the other side, but it's so charming, who cares? 7 3 4" x 5 1 4".
