The rod is in very good restored condition though it does have some issues. The midsection has a minor break fracture just below the female ferrule. This can likely be repaired by a competent rodmaker. The ferrule snake guide is also missing. Lastly, the fighting butt has been replaced with a modern cork foam butt that approximates the look of the original. All sections
