The nutrient rich volcanic loam and cool mountain climate allow the coffee to develop slow, even sweetness, while the traditional wet hulled process carefully finished with a two step sun dry on raised beds adds a smooth, rounded body and gentle spice. Inthe cup, bright orange notes soften into dark chocolate and
