Munich, Vienna and crystal and rye malts were chosen to create two red brown coloured worts, which were fermented in red Bordeaux barrels. This beer has low carbonation to give a soft mouthfeel. It was kept in bottle for six months prior to release, allowing the flavours to mature. Limited to 1 per customer, sorry. HB&B
