Burnt Mill x The Bruery Twin Oaks Pedro Ximinez Mixed Fermented Sour 7.2% (750ml) Dubbel and Tripel fruity notesIn 2019 Burnt Mill got together with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy. They shared some special beers and brewed a beer of their own to put to rest in Chteauneuf du Pape barrels. The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in a Pedro Ximenez sherry barrel. The final beer is well rounded with smooth vanilla notes, a distinct apple fruitiness
