This rod has an uplocking screw lock reel seat with Payne's standard Spanish cedar spacer. No fighting butt. Wraps are brown with purple tips. Agate stripping guide. The rod was restored by Steve Blake with its original hardware, correct Payne silks, and proper bluing formula. It remains in near mint restored
