It can be used on vinyl, tires, bumpers, moldings, plastic and engines. When dried, Top Coat produces a high gloss finish. Directions: Use as is if a high gloss is desired. Dilute 50 50 with cold water for a semi gloss. Dilute with up to 2 parts cold water when used for engines. Apply liberally with a fine mist sprayer, sponge, or lint
