To the North of Canal Rocks is Smiths Beach with its long stretch of clean white sand. When the swell increases the surfers arrive to enjoy the popular super tubes break. Adjacent to the beach is a section of the Cape to Cape track offering hikers a chance to cool off in the clear waters.
