Add to milk to reduce lactose content and enjoy milk again with no added flavour. Adults and children aged 1+ years: Add 3 drops per 500ml of milk and refrigerate for 24 hours to reduce lactose by approximately 70%. For greater reduction, add 10 drops for up to 99% reduction. Use treated milk for cooking, cereals, or beverages. Do not exceed 64 drops in 24
