Malloch Fly Reel 3" - Caged Spool 8'10" It was fun to seeFor sale here is a 1920's vintage 3" caged spool fly reel made by Malloch. This highly sought after brass pin caged reel, showing a Dingley influence, has an early fixed caliper check, which is nicely blued and adequately strong. Stamped with roman numeral VI marks on spool and frame. Correct original and un filed smooth brass foot. Very, very minor line grooves by usual pillar. Original ivorine handle spins freely. No spool wobble or other issues
