This wine is a blend of the estate's different vineyards. Fermentation and maturation is in stainless steel, in order to bring out the character of the grape. The Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC was created in 1972. The varietal is genetically related to Tibouren, a grape grown in Southern France, and it is still unclear in which region it originated.
