Two are covered in royal blue enamel and the rest are smaller and in yellow gold. Covering about 2 3 of the ring, the blue "S" designs rest at a diagonal creating three dynamic sections. At the center, a diminutive diamond is gypsy set into a star pattern. The ring is marked 14k but the outer faces are covered in high carat that tests as 22k. Antique box is for illustration
