Crystalline pale yellow in colour, it opens with a bold, flinty nose. The palate is vibrant and precise, with a fresh, mineral backbone and excellent balance. Aged for a year in stainless steel and enamel to preserve purity and tension. A natural pairing with oysters and other fine seafood.
