Three screw latch. Transitional early ivorine handle and un engageable spare spring and pawl. Most likely from 1922 1924. Great leading on the reel. Patent 24245 noted on outer frame. Pawls and gear teeth still in superb shape. No wobble or end play to speak of. Original smooth brass foot is un filed. Tension regulator works as intended. Smoky gray
