They should be on the lookout for symptoms of dehydration, such as excessively dry lips or dark urine, and increase their water consumption accordingly
Nausea or bloating Digestive discomfort (diarrhea, constipation) Temporary dizziness or headaches Serious Side Effects (Rare): Seek medical attention immediately if you experience: Severe abdominal pain (possible pancreatitis)
