Seit 2005 produziert die Familie Cuthbert auch Single Malt Whisky und erst nach ber 12 Jahren wurde auch der die langersehnte, erste Abfllung auf den Markt gebracht. Gebrannt wird bei Daftmill nur in der Nebensaison (Juni und Juli sowie im Winter), wenn weder Kartoffeln gepflanzt noch Gerste gest werden muss.
