The grapes for this red wine come from the oldest Pinot Noir vineyard on the Saar. More than 30 years ago, the great grandfather of the winery's current owner, Bert Simon, recognised the exceptional potential of the warm Serriger Wrtzberg for great red wines and planted a parcel with Pinot Noir there. After the elaborate
