Auchentoshan Dark Oak 1,0l, alc. 43 Vol.-% Whisky der Monats malty with peppery spiciness andFounded in 1825 just outside Glasgow, the Auchentoshan distillery produces single malt whiskey that is triple distilled. What is more typical in Ireland is less common in Scotland. A triple distillation allows the spirit and later whiskey to mature very mildly, which makes Auchentoshan, translated as "corner of the field", very popular, especially with beginners.
