Borretschsamenöl, kaltgepresst und roh 100ml OLVITA Polnische Superfoods an essential ingredient in AyurvedaUnrefined borage oil is obtained by cold pressing borage seed, which has a cucumber flavor and aftertaste from its leaves. It is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic and gamma linolenic acid, i. e. GLA (approx. 21 25%). The oil also contains mineral salts (including silicic acid), vitamin C, tannins and flavonoids, saponins and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron. Borage oil has a diuretic effect.
