20’s Black Velvet Fringed Purse flap 5" Bust: 21" Waist: 18Measures 9 tall by 7. 5 wide at widest point, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 6. 75. Fabric is cotton velvet with cotton cord handle, metal frame and faille lining. No label. Good condition with a few small flaws; has some fraying to the handle, metal of frame is somewhat tarnished, and fringe is a bit tangled. True colors are black with silver tone frame and brown handle. **A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than
