70's Mint Green Tiered Baby Doll Dress by Act I 1950s wool skirt 8 inches in heightThis 1970s baby doll dress is adorable! The soft, mint green color is so pretty and current, too. The dress is comprised of two layers a longer under skirt, covered by two shorter panels of pleated fabric like an apron style. There is a side zipper and a tie that attaches at the sides and could be tied in front or in back. 100% polyester. Excellent condition. Size 9 10. Brand is Act I. Measurements Bust 16 1 2" laying flat Empire waist just under bust
