60's Black and White Straw Breton Hat by Frank Olive 70s space dye Maxi skirt has elastic waistline1960's Frank Olive black and white straw breton. Rounded crown with the upturned brim that is black on top, white underneath. In the back there's a large black silk floral. Underneath is a black grosgrain covered placement band. The inside is finished with an olive green ribbon which I believe is Frank Olive's signature trim. Excellent condition, showing no wear or age. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Curled brim is 4 inches. Measuring on the
