The skirt is pleated with white silk underneath adding a lot of movement and fun to the dress. The black and white striped side also as some white bead work all along it, adding texture to the dress as well. The dress has a plunging neckline, and a zipper in the back middle of the dress and 6 small buttons up towards the neckline. The dress is in fantastic condition and is
