Silver tone filigree with wavy edges and a large mother of pearl prong set center. Back of the clips is stamped W. Germany. They measure 1 inch in width. As for condition, one has a chip in the pearl center. It really doesn't show to the naked eye but you can see it in the photos. Otherwise they are clean, showing almost no wear or age.
