Gorgeous medium weight rayon blend with an overall print of tulips and windmills in shades of pink, purple, yellow, white and green on a deep navy blue background as pictured. Some of the larger tulips feature a Dutch scene of a windmill and little people as pictured. Buttons down the front from the collar to the bottom hem with ten functional textured navy blue lucite buttons. Unlined.
