50's Navy Blue Wool Beret Hat wisconsin university is a gorgeous multicolor printVintage from the 1950's to 1960's. Navy blue wool cap or beret style hat. Hugs the head to the side or straight on. Top is embellished with a navy blue grosgrain bow which is very slightly faded. Interior is finished with the same grosgrain ribbon. The only label is a union tag.
