40’s Hat, Veiled Black Ruffle Hat christmas dress back pocket corners have beenVintage from the 1940's. Body is a black felt skull cap with a front panel of felt and grosgrain ruffle. Attached at the back is a thick veiling which comes to the front and can be worn down on the face or up on the crown. Interior is finished with a narrow black grosgrain ribbon along with an elastic placement band. The only condition issue is the veiling. There is a large hole on the crown, right side and a small one in the front near the edge. It
