The ornate feathers (what I believe to be ostrich) and font used on the label could be the eighties

It's not petite-sized but could work for petite folks

40's Black Framed Pocketbook by Montgomery Ward white enamel due to the print this1940's early 1950's pocketbook with top lift snap closure. Multiple compartments on the inside to stay organized, one zippered pocket with the MW logo embossed. Framed so the top is sturdy and bottom has feet to protect your purse when you set it down. Two handles to slip over your forearm or carry in your hand. There is no indication of the material but appears to be leather. Exterior is black with brass hardware accents and the interior is taupe.
