This is a beautiful and sparkly top coat. There is one hook and eye closure at the waist. Wear this with some vegan leggings and heels and off you go! Oh, and a bright lip of course. NOTE: There are a few beads missing from the collar which is hard to see when worn because they're somewhat behind the neck. Other than that, excellent condition! Tag reads 3X.
