60's High Rise Pillbox Hat by Mr Frank 50s men man 39 1950s Skirt features brightly colored circular1960's high rise pillbox hat. Black straw intrinsically woven with cello straw and cording throughout. Set on a stiff net base edged with black satin ribbon. Inner circumference is 22 inches, rise is 5 inches and on the outside, side to side is 16 inches. Label is Mr Frank which was seen in the 1960's. Excellent condition, showing no wear or age.
