90's Deep Red Rose Toque Hat with Rhinestones 1940s 40s dress Vest is open (no buttons)Top any outfit with a little blossoming rose, romantic flair This hat is very typical of the late 1980's to early 1990's, with its brimless, toque shape it invokes antique or renaissance styles. It is made of a mixed array of fabrics; burgundy wool felt, a vivid red pressed wool (and acrylic?) felt and a stretchy nylon fabric with curly ruffle tiers. All accented by a winding spiral ruffle rose dotted with rhinestones and flanked by two small leaves.
