The the gray and yellow are adorable together and the scalloped collar really sets it off. The colors are muted (but not at all faded) and the collar is still white and clean. The brand is RRRRRRUUUUUSSSSS Petites. The cotton fabric is soft and comfortable! Perfect for a summer day worn with jeans, a skirt, or shorts. The blouse came from my elderly neighbor, and I can definitely see
