30’s Black Crepe Drop Waist Ribbon Detail Dress 18th century scene Fabric is lizard skin exteriorMeasures 17 across the shoulders, 40 through the bust, 30 at the waist, 40 through the hips and length is 52. Sleeves are 13 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist level is 17. Has shoulder pads, puffed sleeves with inverted pleat, small shawl collar, scroll trim on bodice, pleated skirt, covered buttons and back zipper (has been replaced with a plastic one). Has straight shape to hip level, then skirt flares out. Fabric
