The Coty Award winning designer created this youthful yet elegant dress using medium weight, high quality wool crepe. The high, squared off neckline and deeply cut out armholes form a narrow yoke or panel, ending just above the bust, from which the rest of the dress hangs. Below the neckline shoulder yoke,
