They are fabric, a dark gray with sparkle, like lam. Silver leather straps and trim. Rhinestone buckles! The rhinestones are NOT faded, still fiery but one is missing (pic with pink background), but it's hard to tell. I have pointback rhinestones small enough but in the 20's, brilliants did not have point backs OR flatbacks but were somewhere in between! So they don't sit right in channel. The
