It has only two 'button' closures that push through leather loops. The capelet wraps at the neckline and will need a button or hook on the underneath wrap to keep it from slipping down. I'm calling this a capelet but please note it is not a cape, it has sleeves. The Jacket is a bit big for my mannequin so I padded the shoulders to lift it as her hands were covered.
