A good strategy to use with this card is to include this card in a deck that has plenty of Pokemon that does spread damage, that way you can start to spread damage around starting with this card and moving on to more powerful Pokemon later in the game
Personally I feel shelling out that amount needs to come with some level of rarity, conditional or others, but as I collect Japanese I appreciate theres far less $1k set cards than in English which may sway me
