We do have at least a couple ways to make this insane task a little more plausible: You can lower your opponent's life totals any number of ways such as combat damage / extort (Crypt Ghast) / drain (Exsanguinate) / life swap (Reverse the Sands), but the most obvious little combo is Tree of Perdition, which not-so-subtly pairs with Triskadekaphobia
