Lita, Cog Halo As described the concept is, have lots of Mana Dorks to get extra mana on my turns, Lita (or Unwinding Clock) then untaps them giving me extra mana during my opponents turns, what I want to do is grant my Artifacts Flash (Shimmer Myr, Gandalf, Liberator, Vedalken Orrery etc) so I can play stuff during my opponents turns by tapping my manadorks, or sink that Mana into other outlets like Dawn of Hope, Platoon Dispenser, some land effects etc

While being a Legendary will make her relatively hard to pull, Id include at least three of her in my own Sapphire/Amethyst build
