Cards without the Symbol are not legal for use in Speed Duel, but Speed Duel cards can be used in the Yu-Gi-Oh

While it can be a useful tool in certain situations, there are better cards available such as Droll & Lock Bird or Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring which offer more versatile and immediate effects
