Having said that the Hooligan works very poorly with Goblin Warchief and more relevantly Bloodbraid Elf

the latter has a chance to be replaced with a card from The List. When you crack open a Set Booster, the first card youll see is an art card, followed by a basic land or full-art mech basic land card for The Brothers War

It's not a bad card, far from it, but it feels like it's just doing too much, and could have done with being stripped back a little bit to make it easier to read and play
