Description

It makes sense, given the sheer rarity of the card: it has an astonishing low pull rate of less than 0.00003% from the English version of the MTG LOTR Collector Boosters.

This was especially the case since Level Up creatures started at level 0, not 1 ( something that still throws people off to this day )

I do think we tried to get this card in Amonkhet block, but two things prevented it
