Its the fourth mini-set so to speak, consisting of just two booster packs, and the second set to include rare shiny cards

Not a reliable one though, given that it's really only effective in games where you're already winning your coin flips anyway, in which case you're probably doing fine without this enchantment

Now, if they just dropped a land and put more value in the mana base, these would be even better products mainly because it doesnt cost Wizards any more to print a 100 staple over a basic land
