Again, this is a matter of personal philosophy and your answer might be different from mine, but for me, its whiffing with a discard spell, and its just not close to being close

The reprints are a nice addition, but we don't win in that regard compared to the other decks, but the deck does come with a Chromatic LanternChromatic Lantern, which is a sweet inclusion
