In fact in most decks, I don't think you ever want to turn it into the equipment since it loses the mana ability and just getting +3/+3 is going to be kind of eh most of the time unless you're a Voltron deck

Speaking of +1/+1 counters, it would be a shame to stack a whole bunch onto a couple of your creatures only for them to be lost when the creature dies

I have a bit of a thing for playing Angel decks I like their ability to achieve aerial dominance and end games through combat, and I like the lore aspect and my original tribal build was Lyra Dawnbringer
