Rare Pair: Cowboy, Dog, Horses (and a Flaw), Early 1900s Cyanotype on Silk and Albumen Print From Same Negative john jay I'm always on the lookoutFun to find these two still together, a cyanotype on silk and an albumen print (I believe) on paper, of this cowboy and his dog and two horses out west somewhere, a load of antlers strapped to one of the horses. A beautiful and rather iconic feeling image I think, times two, each print with its own particular character and beauty. I especially like that that there is a flaw at lower right corner that repeats in both images (reading as a white line
