This Society Cask No. 26. 299 was aged for 14 years in a refill ex bourbon hogshead before bottling at 54. 6% abv. Expect aromas of sweet buttery shortbread and floral hints, complemented by honeycomb, buttered toast, pineapple cubes and a waxy mouthfeel on the palate.
