In this class, we will discover the magic of ganache and make hand rolled chocolate and hazelnut truffles. We'll also make berry and sour apple pte de fruit (fruit jellies). Lastly, we'll bake buttery shortbread heart cookies. Each student will create a small gift box of tasty treats to take home, plus plenty of sampling in class.
